12 months promise
I was talking to a friend about his ‘future’ book and how I can’t wait to read it. In that conversation, I mentioned how I miss writing myself, and how in busy adult life, we get too practical to dive into a book passionately enough or write anything long enough.
Well, adult life also has traffic, lots of it. And in traffic, I was youtube’ing and watched Matt d’avellas latest video where he mentions that in 2019, he took on the 30-day challenges and how his experience was.
( link to the video mentioned : The Awsome Video )
My bored mind made the link that maybe I could do these 30-day challenges and that this would give me something to write in my blog about. It would personally touch me and impact me enough to create content tat would be useful to my readers.
First things first, I posted it on Facebook! Yes … the millennial that I am. I received so many ideas, comments, encouragement and finally decided to go for it. I may not be able to tell you exactly where I will be going this year or doing or being, but I can tell you I will make sure to do this. I have been scared to challenge myself for the past few years and this would mean a lot to me.
So here is my list of suggestions and I will be filtering it before January 1st, so that I start my first habit on that day!

2- No movies/series/videos
3- Yoga
